  • Shapes: 8‑sided poles for lighter loads and 16‑sided for higher rigidity – both fabricated with precision roll‑forming and automatic submerged‑arc welding.

  • Galvanizing: Full-length hot‑dip galvanized per ASTM A123, with verified average coating thickness ≥86μm (610 g/m² zinc), tested by magnetic thickness gauges.

  • Bottom Coating: After galvanizing, the bottom segment (up to 1.5 m or as per drawing) received an additional black coal tar enamel layer, applied by brush/roller to ensure uniform thickness, complying with AWWA C203 or equivalent standards.

  • Quality Control: 100% NDT (UT) on critical welds (AWS D1.1), dimensional inspection (straightness, flange flatness), and coating adhesion tests.

  • Lead Time: Through optimized production scheduling, raw material pre‑stocking, and 24/7 shift operations, we completed manufacturing, galvanizing, and coating within 56 days, leaving 4 days for packing and shipping.
